Faculty, staff and students,
Longwood University's campus will be closed tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 1.
In-person classes will not be held in their classrooms. Faculty should communicate with students about their plans for classes, which may include meeting online or alternative assignments. Students should check their email and Canvas for communications.
Amended hours for on-campus facilities are:
-Dorrill Dining Hall: Operating on a brunch-dinner schedule, 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.; 4:30 p.m.-7 p.m.
-Greens to Go: Closed
-Upchurch University Center: Open 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
-Upchurch Starbucks: Closed
-FarmGrille, Panda Express, Au Bon Pain, Chick-fil-A: Closed
-Moe's: Open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. with meal exchange available
-POD: Open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. with meal swipe available
-Health & Fitness Center: Open 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
-Greenwood Library: Open 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
-University Health Center: Open, services may be limited because of staffing. Call for an appointment at 434-395-2102.
-Wygal Hall: Opening at 10 a.m
Parking: Students living in Lancer Park are asked to move their vehicles to either the freshman or visitors parking areas. Students in Longwood Landings should move their vehicles out of the retail spaces to the commuter lots.
