Longwood employee and student emails are already part of the system, but cell phone numbers are not included. Below are instructions for using the system:
Go to https://longwood.omnilert.net/
For faculty/staff:
- Your username is the same as your email, without the @longwood.edu suffix. (e.g. doejj@longwood.edu = username: doejj
- Your password, until you log in and change it, is your L Number.
For students:
- Your username is your LancerNet ID (the ID you use to log into MyLongwood).
- Your password, until you log in and change it, is your L Number.
For all others:
- Use the username and password you created when you signed up.
To sign up a new account:
- Go to longwood.omnilert.net and click the “Sign Up” link at the top right of the page.
Once you have successfully logged in, you may enter a mobile phone number to receive SMS alerts and additional email addresses.
You can change your password at any time under the “Account” tab at the top of the page.
