Water advisory update

Campus community,

The first water test results following the fix of the water pipe leak have been received by the Town of Farmville, and have come back negative for contamination. The next test has to be performed 24 hours after the first, and if those tests are negative as well, the boil water advisory will be lifted. Those results should be available tomorrow.

Water distribution will continue in the Lewis Room in the bottom floor of D-Hall until 6 p.m. today. Water distribution will resume on Wednesday, Oct. 7 from 7 a.m.-noon.
